Room Amsterdam - Nieuw-West

Hi room seeking ladies (Wednesday hospi), no internationals, no DM.

In the humble stulpje in Amsterdam Nieuw-West (Osdorp) a room becomes available! Therefore we are looking for a man/woman between 22 and 28 years old who is in an advanced phase of his/her studies, or is starting to work. You will live with 1 girl (21) and two boys (25 and 26).

The room is 12m2, making it big enough for a bed, closet and study/workstation. You will share the bathroom with one other roommate, and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub!!! We have a washing machine, dishwasher and a spacious utility room!

Our house is in a nice place. The Albert Heijn is at 250m, the Stadspark Osdorp at 300m (with a calistheniscs park), the swimming pool Sporthoeve is 10 minutes by bike, Leidseplein is 20 minutes by bike or streetcar (streetcar 1 stops in front of the door) and in 5 minutes you are by car on the A4.

The monthly costs are about €640 including gwl, ziggo and insurance. Because the contents are almost complete, you take over this for a one-time fee of €250. Also, the previous occupant has made an advance payment for some fixed charges that will still be settled (a 60-80€). Finally, the deposit is €1047.50.
