You'll only share the apartment with one more working girl, Brazilian and 30 years old.

I have furnished the whole room about 6 months ago with brand new Ikea furniture, so I would prefer if the new person takes over the furniture for a simple price (bed, mattress, closet, desk, chair, 2 sets of drawers). Price to be discussed.

Since we rented this apartment directly from the real estate agency, you'll need to meet a certain income requirement and join the current lease with my flatmate, so no students!

The apartment is beautiful, it has 2 floors, 2 toilets, a big bathroom with a bathtub, a huge living room and huge kitchen, and a nice balcony.

Everything you might want nearby and walking distance. Best cafes, bars, amazing restaurants, pharmacies, great public transport at your doorstep and 1 min walking distance to Sarphatipark!
