Dear Room Seeker,

A room is becoming available in Huize Vaargeul! I know, super exciting, and you, dear reader, have a chance! And it is urgent so if you are in NEED FOR A ROOM, this one is for you.

We all know how hard it is to find a room in Groningen, so that's why this room is in beautiful Lewenborg. We are super close to bus stops and there are supermarkets at 6 minutes walking distance. To the city it's a short 15 minute bike ride, give or take.

Your possibly future roommates are very relaxed. We all do our own thing a little bit, but don't find it at all weird to chat socially or anything. You know, just chill. We have a shared bathroom and kitchen that you share with 3 others (so there are four of us including you), and the bathroom has a tub and shower. Oh, and we have a balcony, really super chill, in the summer the sun is on it for a fat long time too :)).
The rent is €335 incl per month and it is so much 14m³. There is an additional €8 per month for the washing machine. The deposit is equal to 1 month rent plus your first month (so just 2 times the rent the first time).

You can move in from 1 JULY.
The hosting night will take place on 27 APRIL , so please send me a private message with a picture of yourself and other standard information, ya know. Maybe a fun fact about yourself if you feel like it. Or something like that
