Room Groningen

SUBTENANT (V) WANTED FROM SEPTEMBER FOR 1 YEAR WITH A HIGH CHANCE OF EXTENSION (DUTCH ONLY)
From September 1 there will be a room available in Villa Dirk for one year with a chance of extension. The room is about 18m2 including own balcony. The rent will be 475 euros per month (inc. gas/water/electricity, wifi and rent washer and dryer).
We are looking for someone who is already a bit further in the study and really already has her own life in Groningen.
We have a regular house night where we always have a nice dinner and drinks together. We are a close house and enjoy going out for a drink together or going into town.
You will live together with 2 other girls. Ilja (22 years old) final year IBS student and member at TKB, and Mila (21 years old) Applied Psychology student and Gyas member.
The house is next to the main entrance of the UMCG and within a 5-minute walk you are at the Grote Markt. There is a Jumbo in the same street and it is about 15 minutes cycling to Zernike.
