House of Spinach is looking for a new roommate immediately for an indefinite period of time (M)!

Are you a spontaneous, neat and independent guy between 20 and 24 years old? And are you looking for a cozy room in a nice house in Groningen? Then this room might be something for you!
We are Jet, Diete, André, Anouk and Rosa and we are looking for a new roommate! The house is on Briljantstraat, 5 minutes from Zernike and 15 minutes from the station. There is also a small shopping center 3 minutes cycling distance with a lidl, appie and Kruidvat and the room has its own sink! The room is about 10 m2 and will cost inclusive about €320 per month. We are a fairly active house without a fixed house night. Besides the cleaning schedule, we have no obligations. We eat together occasionally and we like to play games.
