Hii room seeking girls (20+/NO INTERNATIONALS/VERSE IN THE STUDY)!!!

We are Lieke (21), Anke (21) & Susan (22) and in our cozy house at the Van Swinderenstraat we have a room available per August 1 for an indefinite period!

The room is 12m2, with two spacious closets and large windows that provide a nice light. The room costs €289,- per month including g/w/l and internet. The curtains need to be taken over for a small amount.

Our house on the van Swinderenstraat is within walking distance of the Albert Heijn, Lidl and Action. By bike you are with 10 min in the city center and with 15 min at Zernike. We share kitchen, balcony, toilet and bathroom with washing machine (which we rent for € 3.75 pp per month, this is in addition to the rent). We like to keep our shared areas neat and clean with the help of a cleaning schedule.

We are a close-knit house in which the doors are open to each other, we regularly eat together or have a nice evening at home. We are all somewhat advanced in our studies and are looking for someone who is too. In addition, we like it if you stay in Groningen regularly on the weekends!

The hospi's will be on July 9 between 18.00 and 21.00, please respond only if you can then!
