Room Groningen - Van Brakelplein

NEW HOUSE GENOOT (m/f, 19+, no internationals) WANTED!

As of August 1, a room becomes available in our house on Van Brakelplein. Right in front of the house we have a pond where we can chill in the sun. The house has a gk with balcony next to the kitchen. The main station and downtown are both 5 min bikes, Zernike is 15 min bikes.
We are all a bit further along in our studies and are looking for someone who is too. On Tuesdays we have house night. For the rest we are a relatively quiet house, but do enjoy chilling evenings together. Since we have been studying a bit longer, we all have our own lives and are looking for someone who also has this, for example being active in a study or sports club.
The room is 13m2, the rent is €375 (incl. g/w/l) and has two built-in closets. We have a washing machine, dryer and small bike shed.
