Dear room seeking girls,

As of September 1, there will be a room available in our cozy girls' house on Park Avenue, located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood. It is a spacious and bright room of 18 m2 and the monthly rent will be around €390 including g/w/l costs (the rent can possibly be increased by 6%). Our house has a spacious roof terrace with lots of sun and we also have a garden. Furthermore, you share the kitchen, shower and toilet with 3 other girls aged 20 and 21.

The house is within walking distance of the center. So you are within 5 minutes on the Zuiderdiep and the main station is less than 10 minutes walk. We do not have a fixed house night, but we find it very cozy to often eat together and we regularly knock on each other's door. We also like sociability and enjoy doing things together with the house. Think of evenings out, drinks, eating out, etc. We are looking for someone who also likes this, but also has her own life in Groningen.
