THE HOUSE AND ITS ROOMS
You enter the property through the front door and directly into a small hallway where you enter the second floor by a fixed staircase.

The staircase leads directly to the kitchen on the second floor. Also on this floor are three spacious bedrooms, a study, the toilet and a large hallway with a closet and stairs to the second floor.

The kitchen has just been installed (Sept. 2024) and is for general use.
This brand new kitchen is equipped with sink, gas stove with oven and refrigerator. You will also find a washing machine connection in this living kitchen.

The bedrooms (respectively 18, 22 and 24.5 m2) are spacious on this floor and the largest room on this floor is divided into two areas that could be used as a bedroom with study or private living room. The bedroom of 18 m2 (room 1) has its own sink.
