Fort Framaheerd seeks new roommate!(v/m)

From October 1 (earlier by mutual agreement) a room will become available in our house at the Framaheerd. We are a mixed house (2 men, 2 women) and do a lot together with our neighboring house with whom we share the garden (also 5 students). We are looking for a female hbo or uni student who enjoys socializing and likes to have dinner and/or drinks together regularly.
Why is this the best place to spend your student time?
You can have dinner together here (if you like) every night and regularly play a game or have a drink. In addition, we have a spacious garden where we often barbecue in the summer, the shopping center is around the corner, the bus stop is in front of the door and the center and Zernike is only a 15-minute bike ride away.
The room in question is 14 m2 and the rent is around €340 per month (incl. G/W/E and internet).
