Nice room with use of kitchen by 4 people of about 16 m2 located on the second floor.
With joint use (for a fee) of washing machine.
Our rooms are very suitable for, singles - students and working (young people).
The rooms are located in the cozy town center of Zilverstad Schoonhoven, with plenty of free parking. 10 minutes walk to Vakschool, 5 minutes to bus station and 5 minutes walk to ferry, also good bus connections to Rotterdam, Utrecht and Gouda, all stores within walking distance.
The entire building is equipped with one approved fire alarm system with automatic through notification to central.

Our prices are per month and include gas, water, electricity, garbage and internet.
Registration with the municipality (needed for benefits) is no problem.
With us no costs for mediation.
