Room Amstelveen - Spinnerij

Dear Room Seeker,
Jim, Ids and I are looking for a nice new roommate. You will live with three other guys at the Spinnerij in Amstelveen. We are all between 21 and 29 and two working and 1 student.
We are looking for someone in the same age group who also has his own life in the region, but is open to having a drink once in a while! In consultation, furniture can be taken over.
The house is not in a residential area but between some office buildings, google the Spinnerij. Amsterdam is easy to reach, the tram/bus stop is 2 min walk and there is a (free) possibility to park. The room is 12 m2. The rent is about €400 excl(g/w/l comes out to about €95). We have a large shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. In the summer we can bbq in the large garden.
