Hi sweet room looking girls,
From January 1, there will be two rooms available in this great house in the Lucellestraat, Bos en Lommer!
The house has 2 floors and is shared with 4 girls in total. The house is fully equipped: 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets (upstairs and downstairs), dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms that become available cost €691,98 euros per month excl. In addition, you pay a one-time deposit of €900.

Bedroom 1 (left room upstairs): ± 10m2.
Bedroom 2 (right room upstairs): ±9m2.

We are looking for nice, neat girls. We find it important to be involved with each other and form a real 'household'. Cozy evenings on the couch with tea or a glass of wine in the city, cooking, eating together or watching foul TV. We are looking for girls in the same stage of life; working with their own life in Amsterdam.
The apartment has a prime location and there are many stores within 5 min walking distance (Bos en Lommerplein and Bos en Lommerweg). The best French fry shop (Zwagers) is around the corner! With 15 minutes cycling you are in the center of Amsterdam, Station Sloterdijk is less than 10 minutes cycling and further there are many tram/metro and bus stops around the apartment.
