As of December 1 there will be a nice, bright room (12m²) available in my cozy apartment on the Maassluisstraat in Amsterdam. This apartment has all the modern amenities to make you feel right at home. You have access to a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, a comfortable living room with large TV, a balcony, and a practical storage room in the basement. Just 100 meters walking distance you will find metro and streetcar stops, and a shopping center including an Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat and Action - everything you need within easy reach!

You will share the apartment with me and my sweet cat Mayday. I am 31 years old, work as a producer at a production company and like to keep my home cozy and relaxed. I appreciate a beer or a cup of coffee after a long work day, but I also respect the need for peace and privacy. Therefore, I'm looking for a roommate who fits in well with this.

What I'm looking for in a roommate:
* **Working** - it is important that you have a job (sorry, no students).
* **Social and sociable** - someone who enjoys the occasional meal or drink together, but also has their own life.
* **Open-minded** - LGBTQ+ is a plus, but not a requirement.
