**Location**: Only 3 minutes walk to Amstel Station. Frankendael park and the Amstel River just steps away. Supermarket at 3 minutes walking distance.

**Room**: Approximately 12 m²

**Total apartment**: 84 m², with a large living room of 30-40 m² and a cozy kitchen (including dishwasher). Bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Storage room downstairs and upstairs, and a balcony.

**Rent**: Approximately €800 excl. GWL

**Income requirement**: gross income of about €3000 euros

**Minimum rental period**: 1 year
