Room Amsterdam - Marnixstraat

HOUSEGENOOT (NL, V, end of study/beginning working) WANTED PER 1 NOV HOSPITING: 7 OKT END OF DAY/AVERNIGHT

As of November 1 a room will be available in this cozy little house on Marnixstraat. Edge of the Jordaan, on the corner of the Rozengracht and so nice and central!

Unfortunately my current roommate is leaving so I am looking for someone who can move in from the 1st of November. It is a room of +-20m2, which includes a small storage room with a washing machine. The room as a whole is a separate floor. The house is not mega big, but nice and cozy and renovated before I moved in.

The rent will be €974 INCL. gas/water/electricity/internet. Please respond only if you know you can afford to pay this amount in rent. It is quite a lot of money, but, then you wake up every morning with a view of the Westertoren (probably makes up for something ;))

Furthermore, you will be living alone with me (Puck, 25). I myself just graduated and will soon start a big people job. Are you someone or do you know someone who is interested?
