Hi I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment with me!

🍀 I (26) am looking for a fine (working) roommate (V) for fixed term (1 year) for 1400€ including everything, registration not possible.

The apartment is in a very nice and neat neighborhood (stadionbuurt) and is 8 min cycling to the vondelpark, 10 min cycling to the pijp and 15 min to the center. Also, Zuid station is close by and with ov everything is easily accessible!

The room is 20m2 meter and sits with a mini hallway slightly closed off from the rest of the house so with some privacy! The room can be taken over largely furnished.

The house is already fully furnished (88m2) and has a spacious living room with open kitchen, we share the bathroom, living room, kitchen incl dishwasher and washer/dryer.
🍀 Cleanliness and hygiene is important to me!

You will live alone with me (total 2 of us), previously I lived here with my sister. I myself am almost beginning basic medicine and like to spend time doing fun things with friends and/or family (and lots of food!!!) I think it would be nice to have a roommate with whom I can occasionally enjoy cooking, watching series, etc. But mostly important to have your own life in Amsterdam 🙂

The deposit is 1x the rent.

🍀 Starting October, I (26) am looking for a (working) housemate (F) for a fixed period (1 year), registration not possible. €1400 /month all included.

The apartment is in a very nice and neat neighborhood (Stadionbuurt) and is 8 minutes by bike to Vondelpark, 10 minutes by bike to De Pijp, and 15 minutes to the center. Also, Station Zuid is nearby, and everything is easily accessible by public transport!

The room is 20m² and is somewhat separated from the rest of the house with a mini hallway, so with some privacy! The room can mostly be taken over furnished.
The house is already fully furnished (88m²) and has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. We share the bathroom, living room, kitchen including dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Cleanliness and hygiene are important to me!
You will only be living with me (total of 2), I used to live here with my sister. I am an almost starting general practitioner and I enjoy spending time doing fun things with friends and/or family (and eating a lot!!) I think it would be nice to have a housemate with whom I can occasionally cook, watch a series, etc. But it is also important to have your own life in Amsterdam 🙂
