There is a room available in our spacious house in Amsterdam Oost, just a 5-minute walk from the lively Javaplein! We are looking for a new roommate who is in a working life phase, fits in well with us, and is a nice addition to our household.
Details:
🛏️ Room: +/- 8m²
Rent: € 650 exclusive (plus about € 100)
Registration: Yes
🏠 House: 90m² with a large roof terrace of 25m²
📍 Location: Amsterdam East, near the Javaplein
👫 You will live with Nitai (28/m) and Merlijn (29/m).

Available:
Immediately
Period: 6 months to start with, extension is possible if we all like living together

Please note: there is a salary and age limit for new tenants. Housing requirements:

- Minimum €22,500 gross per year
- Maximum €43,000 gross per year
- Maximum age is 27 years
- Annual statement
- IB60 / Income statement (a recent one);
- Income details past 3 months
(3 most recent pay slips)
- An extract from Service Basic Administration showing family composition and residential history
shows. (This only needs to be provided by persons not yet living in the municipality of
Amsterdam, Aalsmeer or Amstelveen registered or by persons with
confidentiality of these data)
- Scan passport front and back
