We, Jesse (22) and Nemrod (26), are looking for a new roommate for our house in Diemen. We study at the University of Utrecht and the UvA and want to share our cozy home. This is a small room (8 m²). This only includes the room, but apart from the standard facilities we have a relatively large living room to chill out well!

Furthermore, the bare rent is €450,-, to which +- €80,- variable costs are also added. Unfortunately you cannot **register yourself in our house for this period. Furthermore, your contract runs from November 1 until the end of February, a period of 4 months. Ideal for perhaps hospiteren from here on.

In terms of location we are not bad here. In just 15 minutes you can cycle to the Amstel Station and the Tropenmuseum. Amsterdam South is also just under 20 minutes away by train and you can be at Central Station within half an hour. And don't forget Diemen itself! With a large shopping center around the corner where there is everything you need, and beautiful nature within walking distance, this place definitely has its charms too.
