Roommate wanted, for a room in the center of Amsterdam.

The room is 15m2, and costs about 450. The rent is quite low because it is part of a social project: the building also houses status holders. You can google 'Woondiversiteit' if you want to know more about that.

There are 8 of us living here on one unit (7 men and 1 lady). The landlord (Gapph) only gives youth contracts, so you can only come and live here if you are 27 or younger.

We are open to anyone as a roommate, but for balance we prefer a lady.
