A room of 10m2 in our apartment is becoming available for which we are looking for a nice roommate.

It is a lovely spacious apartment of 95m2 with two refrigerators, dishwasher, washer/dryer and the basics like; airfryer, microwave, rice cooker etc. We also have a spacious balcony with a beautiful view(especially in the evening.)

All info at a glance;
-Room is about 10m2;
- Registration is possible;
- The rent is about €875-890 p.m
- You pay 1 month deposit(bare rent is €800,- so that is your deposit);
- €10,- p.m. for the housekeeping (here we get the cleaning stuff etc.);
- Apartment of 95m2. Shared bathroom, toilet, living room, kitchen and balcony;
- Private garage and place for bike/scooter;
- Utility room/spacious pantry where you can store your groceries and other storage items;
- 2-3 minute walk to the large shopping center where you have everything. From supermarkets AH, Lidl and Vomar to hair/nail salons, clothing stores, cinema and gyms and some nice bars and restaurants;
- With 3 minutes walk you are at the bus stop that puts you at Arena in 7 minutes. From there you can grab all kinds of things, ov bike, bus, cab, train and metro;

Currently we live with the 3 three of us Haby 25, Joy 25 and Sophia 23 with a busy life.
