Room Amsterdam - Sloterplas

**Hi sweet room seeking girls! 🤍 (22+ years, working/end of studies, no internationals)**

In our fine apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-West 2 rooms will become available. Registration is possible. You will live there with (4 in total): Ylonka and Janneke.

Ylonka is 23 years old and graduated in Interior Design and got her Master in Real Estate Management. She works full-time within the real estate industry and has her own interior design business. She enjoys working out at basic fit (there are 2 around the corner, 1 ladies only, 1 regular), going to terraces and festivals, shopping and designing things.

Janneke is 24 years old and working on her master's degree in Oncology. She is also fanatic on the field hockey field and enjoys working out and running. In the weekends she works and in her spare time she likes to discover Amsterdam, have drinks, go to festivals or watch a movie at home.

We are looking for a spontaneous Dutch girl at the end of her studies/working life, aged 22+. In our house there is a nice atmosphere where you can come home after a day of work or study. We also find it very cozy to eat together, go to a festival or watch a movie on the couch. Every now and then we enjoy going out with the house, but everyone does their own thing. We think a clean house is important, so we hope you think so too!

The apartment is located at the Sloterplas in Amsterdam, 20 minutes by bike from Leidseplein, 10 minutes to Vondelpark and by train you are in 10 minutes at Amsterdam Central Station. For the door stops streetcar 1 and 17 which takes you anywhere in the city! Sloterplas is very nice in the summer where you can chill on the beach or on the grass in the sun. At 5 minutes walk, there is a large square with several supermarkets and all the stores you need (H&M, douglas, action, kruidvat etc). You can apply for a parking permit for the parking lot in front of the apartment complex.

We have a spacious living room and a balcony, which has sun all day in summer and there is a storage room where you can put your bike safely and dry. The kitchen is equipped with induction, freezer and dishwasher. We also have a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub!

Then the rooms:

**room 1 **(brown/beige wall): available from **1 December**, is 9,8 m2 and has a door to the balcony of 5 m2. That means a total space of 14,8 m2. It costs €750 per month inclusive + one-time deposit. This room is spacious and you can put a lot in it, including a double bed. The room also has its own sink.

**Room 2** (white wall, beige curtains): **available immediately**, is 8.1 m2 and has a door to the balcony of 5m2. So this has a total area of 13.1 m2 and costs €690 per month including + one-time deposit. Everything you need will fit in this room. A double bed, a closet and possibly a desk or chair.

On Tuesday, October 8, the hospiteeravond will take place for both rooms, the times will follow.
