Room Amsterdam - Voetboogstraat

**MALE ROOMMATE WANTED DOWNTOWN AMSTERDAM!!! **(Indefinite term)

Hello gentlemen,

From November 1 (earlier on request) we have a room available in our house in the center of Amsterdam.

It is a room of about 12m2 on the third floor. The house is in the Voetboogstraat, located on the Spui, right in the center of Amsterdam. With the Kalverstraat, the Poolbar and a French fry store on the corner!!!

You will be living with 4 nice roommates. We all study / work in Amsterdam and have our own lives, but find it nice to occasionally eat and drink together. We are looking for someone who is older than 23 and already further in his study or already working.

The costs for the room are €675 including per month. The kitchen is on the second floor, where we can eat together. On this floor we also have a spacious roof terrace!!! Furthermore, the house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, we have a washing machine, two bathrooms and a cleaner is included in the amount.
