Roommate wanted! (M/F, 27+, working)

Hi all,

As of December 1 or January 1 (by mutual agreement) I am looking for a new roommate for my house at Wijsmullerstraat. The house is located in the Hoofddorpplein neighborhood, two minutes away from both Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark. It is a quiet street with joints like Gent on the Schinkel, Kosta and Oslo around the corner. The house was completely renovated about four years ago and is therefore in great condition. There is a modern kitchen and spacious bathroom with double sink. In addition, there is a garden of about 8 meters deep. Ideal for a barbecue in the summer. The room itself has an area of about 11m2 containing a built-in closet and French doors to the garden. The rent is €970,- including G/W/L. Registration is allowed.

I am looking for a working person who has his/her own life in Amsterdam but also likes to have dinner or drinks together once in a while. In addition, neat and tidy is of course desired.
