Hey guys, looking for someone to sublet my room while I am away.
The apartment is very conveniently located, minutes away from Willem de Zwijgerlaan streetcar stop and places such as AH, Etos, Blokker and many many cool shops, bars and restaurants (gotta make it before 5 though HA). There are also gyms of two big chains within 5 mins biking distance.
The room in question is roughly 12m2. The apartment itself is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine and a dryer. Last but not definitely not least - a small balcony as well as a large, private roof terrace! You will be sharing this wonderful place with 2 other people - a guy working in the fashion industry and a girl studying and working part time.
The room is €900 per month including all bills.
