Hi girls,
From January until July 2025 we have a room (8,5m2) available at Willem Kraanstraat in Nieuw-West to sublet. The rent is €614 incl. Registration is not possible.
The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, spacious living room and balcony facing south. Furthermore, the apartment is located above a large shopping center (Plein 40-45), where you will find all the stores you need. Streetcar 7 and bus 21/80 stop in front of the door. The nearest metro station is De Vlugtlaan and station Sloterdijk is a short distance away. You can also find yourself in the center with a 22-minute bike ride. And with summer coming up, Sloterpark and Sloterstrand are just around the corner!
You share the house with 3 girls. We are both working and studying and all have our own lives in Amsterdam. We like to eat, play games and drink wine together from time to time, so are looking for someone who also likes fun!
