Hey dear people, my roommate is moving in together and so I am looking for someone to take over my room! Yes I hear you thinking; "huh?". I am taking over his room so mine is vacant!

I am looking for someone who is kind of in the same phase or at least has the same expectations of sharing a home. I work as a business manager in the hospitality industry and am also in the process of writing out a business plan. Because of this, I am looking for someone who also likes to live in a quiet residential area and is nice and busy with his/her own thingies.

It is very important to feel at home and free and therefore it is important that we share the same lifestyle. Furthermore, I have no preference except that it is nice and relaxed together and we communicate openly and honestly if there is something.

The room is in a good location (duvenvoordestraat) and is about 16 m2. We share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet together. There is no living room but there is a dining table in kitchen. You pay 780 per month inclusive. Internet is not included and can possibly be shared with the neighbor for 17.50 (fiberglass). Deposit is 2 months. The room is available from 1 December.
