Room Diemen - Kechtensetin 182

HEUUUYYYYY TENDER MAKKERRRSS!!!

We are looking for a guy for a room that becomes vacant in (K)Echtenstein 182. Comments after November 25 we will not respond to.

The room that comes vacant is ~9 m2 with window on the balcony, and a view of the ArenA. It is about a 10 minute walk to Station Diemen-zuid, there is a direct bus to Station Bijlmer Arena and about half an hour by bike to the city center.

In the house you share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet with Jaco (26), Dennis (22) and Paulo (25). The rent is €330,29 inclusive. The room will be free around mid-December when the DUWO contract will also start. The exact date depends on the moving date of the current person but you will get to know as soon as possible!

It is a DUWO house, so it is required that you are registered for a study in the Amsterdam area and you register on room.nl
