Room Eindhoven - Strijp S

Hi! Two rooms will become available in our cozy student house at Strijp S as of December 1. We are looking for two quiet roommates who fit well in the group ("the Happy Seals"). We live in an apartment with a total of 5 student rooms and we share the living room/kitchen, toilet, shower, and a balcony. During the week we almost always eat together and we also try to do fun things regularly, like going to the cinema together, having drinks at the brewery across the street, or playing board games.

For both vacant rooms applies:
- Approximately 15.5 square meters. Includes sink.
- Underfloor heating adjustable per room.
- Rent for an indefinite period.
- The basic rent plus service costs will be about 300 euros per month, on top of that there are costs for water, heat, electricity and internet that we share with all roommates (max. 100 euros per person per month).
- The rooms are rented out by Vestide, so you have to be currently studying in Eindhoven.
- You will become only the second occupant of the room since the completion of the building at the end of 2016.
- You may take over the present laminate floor, wallpaper, curtains and lamps from the previous occupants. The room is otherwise unfurnished.

About the other residents:
- 3 men (but we have always been a mixed dorm so far)
- 25-27 years old (1 still working on a master's degree , 1 just graduated, and 1 has been working for a year)
- Each has their own hobbies and interests, including: cars, bouldering, swimming, cooking, cycling, squash, video games, board games, going to the movies.
