Room Groningen - Cade

Dear room seeking girls,

Casa on the Cade is looking for a subtenant as of January 1 (earlier by agreement)! The room is available until April 1 with a very good chance of extension until summer! It is a room of +/- 30 m2 with its own sink and lots of storage space. The cost of the room are €539, - in the month incl g.w.l. We share the shower, kitchen & toilet with the five of us and also have a balcony on the sunny side of our house where we in the summer often sunbathing or eating zijn☀️

We don't have a regular house night, but we do like to have dinner or a glass of wine together now and then😋 The doors to our rooms are almost always open and we often drop in on each other to have a nice chat. However, we all like to do our own thing as well. Except for the cleaning schedule, we have no obligations in our house.

From our house at the Gorechtkade it is a 2 minute walk to the Lidl, 3 minutes by bike to the Jumbo and the UMCG, 7 minutes by bike to the center and within 15 minutes by bike you are at Zernike and the station.
