ROOMMATE WANTED (V) - LOOKING FOR A ROOMATE (F)

Hii, I'm Yaela 🙂 I study design at Minerva and am 22 years old. I am looking for a roommate to live with me as of **December 1 **. For 6 months with option to extend.

Rent is **€500 excl.** The house is well insulated and has solar panels (energy label B), so utilities + wifi will average €75 per month. The apartment is located in the **Korrewegbuurt**, 7 min bike ride to the center, 16 min walk to the Noorderplantsoen, 5 min walk to the supermarket.

One bedroom of about 10m2. The pictures show two rooms, you may choose which one you want to involve. Furthermore, we have a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, bathroom & toilet.

I don't live in the apartment yet. I am moving between Nov 18 - Dec 1. The photos are of the previous occupants. A viewing is possible from Nov 18.

I am a very social person, but also like my own space, need to recharge my battery at home, so it will be a relaxing home 🙂

I also love traveling, photography, cooking, being in nature, discovering cultures and art, being creative, meeting new people and making new memories with friends and family.

I speak fluent Dutch, English and French

I'm not yet living in the apartment. I'm moving in between 18 Nov - 1 Dec. The pictures are from the previous residents. For a viewing that is possible from 18 Nov.

I'm a very social person but love my own space as well, need to recharge my battery at home so it will be a chilled house 🙂
