Sweet room seeking girls (V, 20+),

Because our dear roommate is leaving us, a room in our beautiful house will become available for an indefinite period from the beginning of December (earlier upon request). You will live in a cozy and close house with 3 other girls between 23 - 25 years old, so we are looking for a girl who is 20+. Every Tuesday night we have a house night and also like to have dinner, drinks, shopping, going out and other activities together on other days. Furthermore, every year we organize a house weekend, Christmas dinner and Sinterklaas. We ourselves are still in the student life and are active in several associations, such as Aegir and Donitas. We are looking for a sociable and social girl who is still enjoying her student life, is familiar with Groningen and wants to invest in a close-knit house.

The house is located in the Oosterpoort at 5 minutes cycling from the station and the Grote Markt. Zernike is a 20-minute bike ride away. This is a large, bright room of about 19 m2. The rent is €397,50 incl, this can still change. A number of things need to be taken over. In addition, the house is fully equipped, such as washing machine, dryer and a balcony. Furthermore, we are lucky that every month the common areas are cleaned and the old paper/glass is collected.
