Room Groningen - van Starkenborghstraat

Dear future roommate,
Per November 1, there will be a room available at our place at the van Starkenborghstraat (exact dates to be discussed).
We live together with 3 girls and 2 guests (including yourself). The room consists of two separate rooms with built-in closets with a total area of 20m2 and costs around 400€ incl per month. The spacious kitchen, bathroom, sun-drenched roof terrace and 3 balconies are shared by the 5 of us.

The house is located in Helpman with all necessary stores within crawling distance. Helpman may sound like abroad but with 10 minutes you are in the center.
We are a close house with every Tuesday home evening. In addition, we regularly eat together and we like to find each other for a drink or to chill. Every year we go on a house weekend and organize activities such as OHD, Christmas dinner, etc.
