Hello!!! We as residents of Huize Wiep are looking for a cozy fourth roommate for an indefinite period of time. Our beautiful house is located on the Winschoterdiep, Oosterpoortbuurt. The room is 17 m2 and has a built-in closet. The costs will be €370,- incl. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and balcony with three people (2v, 1m) between 20 and 23 years old.

On Tuesday evening we usually eat together. Otherwise we feel free to walk in on each other, but at the same time we have our own lives.

Further:
- The Plus is around the corner and the Jumbo is a few minutes by bike
- Within 5 minutes cycling you are at the Grote Markt or at the railway station
- Zernike is 20 minutes cycling
