Soon a nice spacious room of 23 square meters will become available (with own sink) in our pleasant house in Zaandam. The room is available from November 1 and in consultation even earlier 🤩

The rent of the room itself is €510 and the service costs vary between €80/€110. (g/w/l, internet etc). So the cost will come out to about €600 per month. + deposit (two months bare rent), will be delivered unfurnished.

We live in a large house with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, roof terrace and 2 bathrooms. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The center of Zaandam is less than 10 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by bike. In addition, with the bus that stops around the corner you are in Amsterdam with 20 minutes. 🚌

The house is in a calm neighbourhood. The center of Zaandam is less than 10 min with bus or bycicle. From around the corner the bus will take you to Amsterdam central station in around 30 min. 🚌
