Dear room seeking gentlemen,
I am going abroad temporarily and am renting out my room from September 1 to mid-March next year. Sharing the house with 3 roommates who are at the end of their studies or working. We like to eat together and do things like a game, drinks in town or a game of padel, but nothing is obligatory.

The house itself is fully equipped with a neat living room, garden and even a dishwasher and the monthly rent is €350 incl.

Then the room: it is about 13m2 and for the rental period you may use the bed, desk, closet and TV. So everything that is also on the pictures!
