Room Amsterdam

Nice, quiet room available in an apartment in the city center. It is located near metro Waterlooplein and metro Nieuwmarkt, in a well maintained building next to a canal.

You will share with another roommate a living room with tv, a kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, a washing machine, bathroom (with tub) and separate toilet.

The room is furnished and comes with high speed internet and tv-connection. It is about 3x4 meters. The shared living room is 15 m2.

Since it is in a residential building, I look for a quiet and responsible, non-smoking person with a working contract.
