Effective immediately I am renting out a room in Amsterdam, to be shared with a cozy working couple aged 29 and 36. 😊
We are looking for an easy going, reliable and independent roomie who also likes a drink or snack together.

**Location:**
- Amsterdam New West
- Close to the A4 and metro station Henk Sneevlietweg (4 min walk)
- 20 minutes to the center by metro
- Lively neighborhood with cafes, clubs and restaurants

**Apartment:**
- 50m² with spacious living room, bathroom, two bedrooms (13,5m² and 9m²), and balcony
- Rooms are furnished with bed, closet, curtains, and lamp

**Prices:**
- Room 13,5m²: €990 per month (including GWL)
- Room 9m²: €850 per month (including GPL)
- Includes gas, electricity, water, internet and central heating (excluding municipal taxes)

**Shared spaces:**
- Kitchen, living room, shower, toilet, balcony
- Bicycle storage and shared appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher)

**Rental period:**
- 2-12 months, with possibility of extension
- Term of notice: 1 month
