Have you always wanted to live on a ship? Then this is your chance! Because I am looking for a new roommate!

About me:

I'm Sem, 26 years old and 3rd year physical therapy student. I have been living here since February 2020. Besides my studies, I am a freelance barista. (Good coffee is guaranteed :)) Hobbies of mine are judo, cooking, boating and barbecuing.

About the boat:

Euphemia (1908) is moored on the Prinsengracht, between Vijzelstraat and Utrechtsestraat in Amsterdam.
Euphemia has been moored in Amsterdam since 1983 after an eventful first life as a freighter.
The boat has a living area of 85 m2 as well as a front and rear deck of 35 m2 together.
Because of its location on the southern part of the canals, you always have sunshine from March to November when the weather is nice!
The boat is very centrally located in the quiet Amstelveld neighborhood, tourist attractions are not here (although with nice weather you will see plenty of people passing by). at night it is quiet here and it is nice to sleep.
Furthermore, metro stop Vijzelgracht (North/South line) is just a 3-minute walk away and you will be at Amsterdam Central Station in just under 10 minutes.
Leidseplein, Rembrandtplein and the Albert Cuyp market are just a 12-minute walk away.

The ship is fully equipped with all conveniences. Including:

- Washing machine
- Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Freezer
- Oven
- Cooker hood
- Central Heating

The bedroom is located in the back of the boat and has its own exit to the aft deck where you can enjoy the sun in the morning!
There is also more than enough storage and closet space.

Together we share a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

I think the pictures give a good impression of the atmosphere on board.
