Our roommate is unfortunately leaving us and we are therefore looking for a new roommate! Would you like to live in a spacious (90m2) clean and tidy house with a lovely balcony with afternoon/evening sun near the Amstel station on the Wibautstraat (East). The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, storage room and new bathroom/wc).

Do you work full-time, have built your own life around Amsterdam and sometimes want to cook/dine together and have a wine or game? You will live with and me (V - 27 and 29 years old).

Rent is € 725 (exclusive) and the room is 9m2. The fixed expenses are about 65 euros per month.
