For subrent room available near to Haagse Hogeschool en Den Haag HS station with registration possibility. Per Mid September 2024 till mid January 2025.
Registration NOT possible.

The room in the house is located at about 6-8 min from Den Haag HS (Railway Station)
and the Haagse Hogeschool. The rent is 425 eur p/m including extra services like gas,
light, water, internet and wasmachine. The room is about 16 m2 and already furnished
with bed, curtains, laminate floor, closet, table and chair. So you only need your own
stuff yet.
Available: 2 kitchens (1st and second floor), two bathrooms (1st and second floor), 2
fridges, 1 wasmachine, internet wifi.
There are about 3 international students (2 female, 1 male) already.
We are looking for a decent, quiet and motivated female student.
Smoking not allowed, no pets, no loud music, take off shoes when entering the house,
cleaning schedule obligated to follow.

Deposit: 1 month equal to rent: 425 eur beforehand. This deposit will be returned at the
end of your rent period when you leave and everything is ok with the room (usually the case).
Remark: people who you want the room without viewing first, can apply for it immediately.
