I am looking for a co-tenant who wants to live together with me for 12 months (according to the landlord's regulations, with a chance of extension).
It concerns a newly built house of 70m2, equipped with a spacious bathroom, two toilets, floor heating, front garden, and storage room. The shopping center of Duivendrecht is at 1 minute walking distance.

About myself

I am 32 years old, physiotherapist, vegan, sporty and I am a fairly quiet person and looking for someone who, like me, is a bit behind his party time (:

-room is 8,5 m2 bed/desk is removed, across the room is storage for your closet etc.

-the rent costs are shared and that comes to about €810 euro incl.

-preferably no pets, small pets in consultation

-non smoker

-demonstrable gross annual income of at least 30,000 because of income requirement of the landlord

-you must be currently registered in the Netherlands, registration for this house is also required
