Dear house looking men (20+), (sorry no internationals)
A room at Marsstraat 42 in Groningen will become available as of October 1! The room is about 20 m2, has a kitchenette, a sink and large windows that let in a lot of daylight. The room costs €620 p/m including. You will live in a tightly mixed student house of seven residents with a garden and a GK. On Tuesdays we always eat together, but if you can not be here this is never a problem. We also often eat together on other days and we can always drop in on each other. We have a cleaning schedule to make sure that everything is neat and tidy every week. Would you like to come and live here?
