There is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a garden.

A requirement is that you study, if you are not a student then responding to this ad makes NO sense.

Respond with a piece about yourself, who you are, what you do and why you would be interested in the room. Based on the responses we will contact you if we think the profile fits. Given the fact that there is always a lot of interest in such rooms, we will only contact people we invite for a viewing.

The rent is all in, including gas, water, electricity and internet. Rent subsidy is not possible!
Only to be occupied as a student, once you have finished your studies you will have to leave the studio again.
