Hello room seeking girls!

In our cozy student house in Assendorp a room becomes available per August 1.
The room is located on the Deventerstraatweg. The station, the city and supermarkets are within walking distance and Windesheim is also around the corner!

We Joppe (21) Lida (25) and Laure (20) are looking for a nice spontaneous roommate.
We are a very close house which undertakes a lot together. We eat together every day when it's convenient, go to the market with each other, chill out a lot and occasionally go to a nice festival in the summer. However, we are not a party house and would like to keep it that way!!!
We are looking for a nice girl who is also in life but also has her own life.
Furthermore, we like a clean house. Unfortunately we do not have a common living room, but our rooms are big enough to chill with each other.

- 20+ years old
- Sociable and spontaneous
- Identifies with the lifestyle of the above piece
- Studying!!!
- At least planning to rent the room for one year (preferably longer of course 😉 )

- +/-16m2 for €429,41 incl.
- Own sink
- You share the kitchen with Lida
- Bathroom, toilet, washing machine and dryer you share with the whole house
- Minimum rental period is 1 year
- The room is located in the basement

Also nice to know we have a courtyard and yes two kitchens!
