There are 12 studios available at DockSide with living areas ranging from approximately 39 sq. ft. to 65 sq. ft. These studios are fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and PVC flooring. All apartments on the first floor are accessible by elevator. The studios are modern and comfortably furnished and have an A+/A++/A++ energy label. There is a private storage room in the apartment and lockers for surfboards are available. The rent does not include service charges of approximately €35 per month. Completion is scheduled for late summer 2024 and the minimum rental period is 1 year. An income of at least 3.5 times the monthly rent is required. Due to new construction, viewings are unfortunately not yet possible, rent is based on impressions and floor plans. Parking consists of private parking in the garage and shared mobility. Shared bicycle storage is also available. DockSide offers modern and comfortable homes with stunning views of the harbor.
