After months and months of searching for an apartment in Rotterdam, trying all possible ways - funda.nl, thisisourdomain, holland2stay, etc, and approaching rental agencies directly, I was finally successful after I registered with kamer.nl. As I have been searching for an apartment as a student, I got very often a negative response or no response at all. I feel that real estate agencies are more likely to reply after you approach them through kamer.nl. Honestly, the registration fee was the best invested 24 EUR.
