Good morning! My name's Olmo and I'm looking for a new male flatmate. I'm 32 years old, working full-time (self-employed) whilst doing quite some sports at the moment and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

**The apartment **is 70 m2, has a balcony (with a lot of sun), living room and two bedrooms. The place is located 1 min. walk from Café Helmers. The apartment is clean and fairly quiet and I'm looking for someone who's like that as well :)

**The bedroom** available comes with another room which could be used as an office. The bedroom has a built-in closet. Both rooms will be unfurnished.

**The price** mentioned is an estimation (depending on taxes), I happily provide you with a cost overview upon request. This price roughly includes all city taxes, a cleaner every other week, internet and all other bills.

**You **would either be working on a contract or self-employed for longer than 2 years (the rental company will likely require an IB from 2023).
