Appartement Amsterdam - Onbekend

I'm looking for a new roommate (preferably a woman 👩) starting from late Oct - beginning of Nov. to share an apartment with me in IJburg. My current roommate is moving out, so there’s a cozy 8.5 m² room available with a single bed, fully furnished, and lots of natural light for about €800 (excluding utilities).
🏡🔑 The apartment has a spacious balcony, a shared kitchen and living room, one bathroom (with a shower and bathtub), and separate toilets. I'm seeking a clean, polite, and friendly person who works full-time and already has a social circle in Amsterdam, non smoker, no pets.
