✨ **Housemate wanted! (F/M, 24+, Working) **✨

Hello everyone! We are looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely household (3-bedroom apartment) starting from **December 1st!**

It's an apartment in a brand-new building located in the Delflandplein area, around the corner of all the necessary amenities (Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat, Action, etc.)

About the apartment and bedroom:

• The apartment is **spacious (115m2)**, including a shared living room, open kitchen, balcony, two bathrooms and two toilets, storage room

• **Available bedroom** of approximately **16m2**, unfurnished

• The rent is **€975,- a month (inclusive)**

• 5 minute bike ride to Vondelpark, 10 minutes to the city center, 1 minute to both the shopping area and the tram stop/metro station

You’ll be sharing the apartment with:
* Diana: 26, Italian, working at a marketing agency. In my free time you’ll find me at dance school, at a pilates studio, at a music festival or enjoying a home-cooked meal and watching Netflix
* Avi: 28, Dutch, working in finance, in his free time you’ll find him on the padel court, at the gym, at a latin party or socialising with friends

We’re ideally looking for a housemate who’s clean and tidy, enjoys chilling together and grabbing a drink every once in a while but also values each other’s privacy!
